Concept projectIndependent fitness coach
Kira Fit
A one-page site that books discovery calls on autopilot.
Background
Kira Fit is a fictional one-coach personal training business. The coach trains clients in person and online and needed a single page that could turn an Instagram visitor into a booked discovery call.
The challenge
Solo coaches lose leads to friction. A homepage cluttered with testimonials, blog teasers, and three different CTAs trains visitors to do nothing. The site had to do exactly one job — book a call — without feeling pushy.
My approach
- Single scrolling page with one CTA repeated three times: book a call.
- Above the fold: name, what she helps with, who she helps, the button.
- Social proof block: three short quotes, no headshots, no star ratings.
- Booking through an embedded Cal.com — no custom forms to debug.
Key decisions
- One CTA, repeated
- Three buttons all leading to the same booking page outperform three different actions. Decision fatigue is the enemy of conversion.
- No blog
- A solo coach can't sustain a blog. Better to omit it than to ship a stale 'Last post: 8 months ago.'
- Quote-only testimonials
- Headshots and star ratings on a fitness site read as stock-photo. Plain text in a real voice converts better.
Outcome
Concept project — the template I'd use for any service business whose entire funnel is a discovery call.
